Radiopharmaceutical handling - Along with day to day dosing administering radioactive Iodine treatments, as well as theranostic therapy doses, and PET doses
Quality Control - Daily QC on all cameras, thyroid uptake probe, well counter, and dose calibrator Weekly QC (BARS, CORS) Responsible for quarterly QC on all cameras in our nuclear department
Diagnostic Imaging - Starting IVs, injecting radioactivity Performing general, cardiac, PET and therapeutic studies Experience with GE cameras, EPIC HealthConnect, Phillip PACs, FUJI PACs, and Nuctrac programs
Lead Technologist - Responsibilities such as coordinating camera schedule for the day, ensuring patients are prepped, obtaining all information needed for each patient, scheduling, working with techs, nurses, and MDs to ensure clear communication and excellent patient care
