Store Keeper
Snohomish County PUD
Everett, WA
11.2006 - 09.2020
I started as a flagger in 2006, and then onto a helper on the crews. I loved the hard work, but always had my eye on a Warehouse position since the minute I started. The Warehouse was very hard to get into because there was not a huge turnover. Once you were in, you stayed! I finally started in the Warehouse in 2011 as a beginner Warehouseman. I started by making handcoils and working in our Salvage Department, then onto a Freight Driver. We had two delivery trucks with forklifts on the back. I would travel daily to our outer offices and deliver supplies. I would also deliver larger material items out to the job sites. I then became a storekeeper and ran the front desk. I had many responsibilities, including helping the crews get their materials needed for their daily jobs and putting up future jobs. I was the dispatcher for our two trucks and was responsible for scheduling deliveries and staying in communication with our drivers daily. At the PUD, I received certification in CPR and forklift training.
Maintained accurate inventory records using computerized systems.

Loaded deliveries onto vehicles for transportation according to safety guidelines.
