• Providing care for 14-28 patients depending on which unit assigned to.
• Ventilator management with tracheostomy care, G/J tube management with medication administration and formula feeding, IV and IM antibiotic administration with use of central lines, VS and CBG monitoring.
• Monitored patient reactions after administering medications and IV therapies.
• Promoted patient and family comfort during challenging recoveries to enhance healing and eliminate non-compliance problems.
• Evaluated patient histories, complaints, and current symptoms.
