My student teaching placement is at Elmwood Primary Learning Center.

I had a 7 week placement in a a developmental preschool and kindergarten special education room. The other 7 weeks I have been in a general education kindergarten classroom.

I had 2 placements in Peru schools. Both placements were at Elmwood Primary Learning Center in a 1st grade classroom and a headstart classroom.

I have 3 placements at Northwestern Elementary. One in a 1st grade classroom, a 3rd grade classroom, and another in a 4-6 resource room.

• Developed age-appropriate activities and crafts to engage children.
• Facilitated learning through play, stories and outdoor activities for successful child outcomes.
• Worked with children to develop good cognitive, physical and language skills.
• Applied positive behavior management techniques to enhance social interactions and emotional development.
• Provided emotional support and guidance to children during difficult times.
