  • Served Army Division level Medical Readiness officer supporting the medical readiness posture of 6,500 Soldiers across 106 units spanning nineteen (19) states.
  • Technical mastery in Army medical systems which in resulted in a 17 percent increase Command's medical readiness percentage throughout the years 2024 to 2025.
  • Executed medical readiness and safety policies and procedures in regards to both in country and out country missions.
  • Evaluated subordinate performance fairly and accurately, providing constructive feedback for professional growth opportunities.
  • Acted as Liaison for the Army Professional Medical Command (APMC) to ensure all Medical Professionals within my Command were properly licensed and credentialed to provide medical care during missions.
  • Held the role of an Army LOD Reviewer (Line of Duty), and ensured proper investigation and approval of injuries/illnesses for Soldiers.
  • Handled cases involving injury, illness, or death during duty status, determining service-connection.

  • Tracked the status over 300 personnel within Command that transitioned to Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU).
