As a political consulting intern, I gained hands-on experience in strategic campaign management, voter outreach, and public policy analysis. I assisted with data collection and analysis to help shape campaign strategies. I gained valuable experience in campaign finance management and event coordination. I was responsible for balancing campaign books, managing budgets, and tracking expenditures using MERTS, QuickBooks, and Excel. In my role at Glenn Wilson for the U.S. In the Senate campaign, I actively participated in events, providing on-site support for setup and logistics. I consulted directly with Glenn on strategic messaging, helping to craft speeches and key talking points to engage and motivate voters effectively. Additionally, I attended rallies and parades to collect signatures for the campaign, and coordinated grassroots outreach efforts. I also identified and partnered with a company to run online advertising for the campaign, expanding our digital reach. This experience strengthened my campaign strategy, voter engagement, and political communication skills.
