• Duties involve proper clean up and locking up the shop at the end of the day.
• Worked in Shipping and Receiving for three and half years. Duties included:
• Forklift certified. Used Forklift for unloading pallets off delivery trucks.
• Responsible for inputting all accurate data into Netsuite including box sizes, weights, pricing, etc for all truck parts that were sold.
• Responsible for shipping out over 300 orders a day.
• Managing customer expectations on any delays and creating back orders to complete shipment.
• Team meetings to discuss priority shipments to guarantee ETAs provided to customers.
• Responsible for receiving all inbound shipments. Verifying the invoices and received parts were consistent and accounted for.
• Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and communicating to team leads when merchandise being sold was low and needed to be restocked.
• Keeping track of inventory on shipping materials needed to complete deliveries and prompting reorders when materials were low.
