November of 2020, Kings Fish House opened another location in San Jose, California. I worked as a host trainer for two weeks, mentoring the new hosting staff to prepare for the opening of a new, fast-paced restaurant. I delegated tasks to a group of new hosts, teaching them to be efficient while providing top tier customer service.
