Reason for leaving: Needing a more reliable, guaranteed and consistent job. All though I love babysitting and my clients were / have all been amazing. Babysitting can be very inconsistent due to parents and children getting sick which then they stay home. Also sometimes parents lose jobs, move or change schedules. There are many variables that lead me to not have a consistent flow of income with babysitting that I need.
