I have had a lot of leadership opportunities in my lifetime that demand hard work, personability, problem solving, communication, and creativity. At Hamilton, orientation leader is the most competitive job on campus with a demanding interview process that tests your ability to work with others, public speaking skills and stage presence, and creativity in problem solving that essentially test the content of your character. This job has a 5% acceptance rate and I got it. I am on time, neat and organized, communicate well with others, and will go the extra mile. These are all attributes I have honed through my various leadership and work opportunities.
