While working at Milo's, I understood and was able to efficiently work each position in the store. I ordered trucks, counted inventory, and was a wonderful leader over my employees as a shift manager. I was able to maintain a professional demeanor throughout my career here, and I was highly empathetic to others. I lead a team with positive reinforcement and mutual respect.
While working at Jack's I was successfully cross-trained in every position there was. I most often worked the opening shift, from 4AM until 2PM, although I always stayed later when needed.
I ran a drive-thru with exceptional speed while also maintaining a friendly face and good customer service. I operated a cash register in both the drive-thru and the lobby, worked expo, dropped chicken, grilled meat, and I even made sandwiches. By the end of my time with Jack's I had been given multiple raises and was offered a promotion.
