Managed a lighting team, including training, to install, handle, focus, troubleshoot, and strike the needs of a lighting design. Oversaw the needs of the project, and facilitated growth of students' skills in electrics. All the while working with the Technical Director to ensure quality of work and expanding knowledge. Consulted with the TD, AME, LD, ALD, and Director.

Consulted with the Technical Director, AME, and LD.
