We were working on specifics and very precise engineering blueprints almost no give or take, We were responsible for preparing the parts checking specifications reading blueprint's gauging the part to specifications, applying any masking or adjusting that was required by the blueprint. I was also responsible for creating custom packaging for the product.

At TCMF, I was responsible for setting up the automated powder system, also the automated washing system that was part of the powder line, we would clean and add chemicals as needed all was part of my responsibility, I was also back up powder coater, and painter, I also was prepping the larger products that could not be automated, which included cleaning drying hanging, masking to blueprints and also quality and packaging.

Mechanical automotive, fixed vehicles, replaced tire, routine maintenance, everything up to motor and transmission repair.
