My regular duties consisted of completing daily and monthly cleaning tasks. Weekly supply orders. Maintain and stock supply storage and equipment. Training new hires. On going safety training for cleaning staff. Manage laundry services. Keep my staff well informed and trained for any changes or projects. Compile lists of cleaning duties for the week and give assignments to my staff for extra cleaning. Maintain a positive relationship with medical staff and management to meet their needs and address any concerns. I was also the liaison between Cleveland Clinic staff and Lakeside management.
