Middle East - LTP Offshore

Responsible for financial aspects of LTP for offshore projects in the Middle East, specifically in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. These projects are characterized by their high complexity contracts due to the significant number of units on each site.

Projects Category B and C:

CPM: Punjab, Fadhili, Taiba, North Qassim, Rabigh SEC

Actively supporting: Qurayyah, Rabigh, Jazan and RAS

Key responsabilities:

• Oversee the project financials such as price, plan cost, invoicing and collection. Ensure alignment with financial objectives and monitoring ongoing costs. Analyze and report any financial deviations every quarter, providing critical insight to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Prepare monthly forecast and annual budget (Markttag) in collaboration with the project manager, order management and the onshore team. Emphasize the importance of accurately delivering parts and repairs.
• Oversee the execution and compliance of LTSA contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Address claims and participate in resolving any contractual dispute
• Conduct Quarterly management reviews to assess project performance, focusing on identifying deviations and implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Improvement of processes, formats and controls within the CPM group to enhance operational effectiveness such as price reconciliations, parts and repairs analysis, escalations, Account receivables, balance sheet, etc.

RLA Service Operations

Finance team in Orlando support all the commercial activities between the countries all over the region for central and distributed, handle third party projects and commercial topics related to LTP projects in the Caribbean

Commercial Project Manager:

• Andres Project Forced Outage, Dominican Republic, C Project From PM400-PM700
• Small Projects: Major Inspections/HGPI (Bahamas Power & Light, Point Lisas CT14, others) during PM400-PM700
• Support commercial topics, from the FS Service Operation perspective, during outages execution in Los Mina, CESPM and Penuelas project in the Caribbean, handled by LTP.
• Monitor project costs and cost transfers, deviations analysis comparison with standards and transfers to LTP

Digitalization Projects:

Coordinate digital tool development, improving commercial processes in the Field Service organization (transparency, accuracy and traceability)

• Standards APP: Cost estimates calculation for all outages in Latin America
• Outage Analysis: cost variance comparison between standards and final cost

New Units Projects

Managed resource estimates, project timeline, project milestones, task dependencies and critical path.

Coordinated project activities with Offshore CPM, vendors and suppliers and maintained relationships, determined risks and created risk-mitigation strategies under atypical economical environment.

Prepare and present monthly project review meetings

• Termozulia III On shore Scope, C Project during PM400
• Termocentro On shore Scope C Project during PM400
• Guiria On shore Scope C Project during PM400

Power Generation Division (Venezuela/Colombia) and Energy Transmission Division

Report transparency and ensure processes related to Forecasting, Budgeting and Month End Closing between divisions and countries are completed timely and accurately.

Analyze and predict future impacts due to hyperinflation and devaluation effects.

Consolidation of data between divisions/countries and elaborate Business presentations to Senior Management:

• New methodology in forecast planning improving forecast quality
• Promote and strengthen communications between affiliated Companies Siemens aligning common goals

Responsible for all the administrative operations of the company, applied advanced administrative and analytical skills in overseeing day-to-day operational activities, coordinated communications, financial processing, registration, recordkeeping, and other administrative functions, reconciled account files and produced monthly reports.
