Madeline Chaplain

Summary

I am a motivated and compassionate RN with six months of acute care experience in the float pool at a Magnet-designated hospital. I have gained invaluable experience delivering safe, patient-centered care across a range of specialties. From managing complex patient needs across 10+ medical-surgical and telemetry units to collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, I have learned to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and build strong therapeutic relationships. The dynamic environments I have encountered within the float pool continually strengthen both my clinical skills and my passion for evidence-based, trauma-informed nursing care.

I am now seeking a position that allows for deeper continuity of care with patients, and more consistent collaboration within a dedicated team. I believe connecting with patients as people not only improves outcomes, but also enhances the overall care experience, and I am eager to join a close-knit staff community that supports professional growth and a shared purpose. The trust patients grant us during their most vulnerable moments feels profoundly tangible, and it is this trust and connection that fuel my passion for nursing. I am excited to bring my passion and dedication to your team.
