I was responsible for providing fast, friendly and accurate check out experiences for guest. My duties included scanning and bagging items, handling cash and electronic payments, answering questions, and promoting targets red card and circle rewards. I insured each guest left with a positive impression of their visit.
As a manager at HoneyBaked Ham, I was responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service, product quality, and team efficiency. As a manager, my duties included, supervising staff, training new employees, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safe food standards. I managed cash handling procedure; including counting cash drawers, resolved customer concerns, and worked closely with management to meet daily and quarterly goals. During the holiday season, I played a key role in products and sales, ensuring smooth work flow, and positive customer experience.
I am currently a part-time student at Santa Fe College majoring in history. I love to stay in shape by running, kayaking, and hiking with Golden Retriever. This year I completed my first 10k. Next year I plan to complete a half marathon and 25k.
