Leads strategy, development, and optimization of all Product Listing Pages (PLPs) across Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s digital platforms. Partners cross‑functionally with engineering, analytics, site merchandising, UX, UXR, and CX teams to deliver high‑impact customer experiences that improve discovery, relevance, and conversion. Promoted from Senior Product Manager in January of 2024.

Achievements:

  • Successfully A/B tested into new optimizations on Search and Browse pages to improve the top-of-funnel customer experience, resulting in $175M+ annualized revenue impact
  • Led a sitewide workstream in 2024 to revamp the Macy's hotness signals strategy which amounted to $300M+ in full-funnel annualized revenue impact through improved RPV and conversion metrics
  • Developed and scaled a new horizontal filtering and 4-column product grid experience which positively impacted customer satisfaction by reducing friction, measured by improved CSAT scores (2% and 6% lifts for Macy's and Bloomingdale's sites respectively)
