• Provide enhanced patient care for medically compromised preterm infants, full term newborns, and other infants up to a year old (22 weeks to 1 year).
• Reduce complications in neonates by closely monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for premature infants, improving their overall health outcomes.
• Provide emotional support to families during difficult times, fostering trust and open communication between medical staff and parents.

• Assist with high-risk deliveries by providing immediate neonatal assessment and intervention if needed, ensuring optimal outcomes for infant.
• Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while minimizing overtime expenses.

• Promoted patient safety by closely monitoring vitals, reporting abnormal findings to nursing staff.
