Hello, my name is Madelyn Daly. I believe I am a passionate, outgoing, energetic, and fun-loving dance instructor with a strong ability to teach via intentional demonstration and interaction. I am experienced with many years of dance training and five years of teaching dance classes and being involved in administration work. I strive to be a experimental teacher that’s familiar with a wide range of styles and ages of children and adults. A well-rounded teacher who wants to share her talents by choreographing different styles for any team, soloist, duet, or class. A kind-hearted instructor that cares about her students well being and improvement throughout the class.
While being a summer only warehouse packer, I strived to enhance warehouse efficiency by accurately packing and labeling all products for shipment. As well as performed inventory control and stocking merchandise while fostering a positive work environment that promoted collaboration and professional growth.
At Beltway Park Church, I was tasked with leading, teaching, and taking care of kids from one to five years of age. I was challenged weekly to develop creative and age-appropriate scripture-oriented activities to engage the children. I also learned how to work well alongside an assistant and encouraged them in different ways.
In all of my past dance positions, I've gotten the opportunity to teach many styles of dance from ages one to twenty-five years old. I've been trained to create a healthy, safe, and fun learning environment for all students. I was tasked with creating daily lesson plans, choreographing, teaching, and completing administrative tasks. I learned how to work well with various employees/managers and with a diverse group of children. I've gained great communication and relational skills by striving to care for the families and students who attended our studio. In this specific environment (Abilene), I got the opportunity to work closely and create relationships with many low-income students and families.

I am currently pursuing a Ministry degree as a Senior at Abilene Christian University. I have always had a passion for dancing ever since I started at 3 years old! However, when I got older I began to have a big passion for ministry as well. But, besides making an impact in ministry, I’ve also had another dream! I have always wanted to open my own dance studio/teach dance for as long as I can. Within my ministry degree, I have been equipped with even more important life skills and have still been to able to pursue dance alongside my ministry education. Now, I am currently seeking to find another dance family near the Austin area. After receiving my degree in May 2024, I will be moving to Austin early June 2024.
