Skilled multitasker with strong work ethic, motivated both in individual and collaborative settings. Strong problem-solving, organization, and clinical writing skills. Willing to take on challenges to support clients and team members. Reliable and dedicated with a hardworking and resourceful approach.
Nearing completion of graduate-level internships, I am eagerly seeking opportunities to work as a full time SLP clinical fellow. Thus far, my clinical experiences have enabled me to serve a wide range of clients (aged 3-103 years!) with a correspondingly wide range of concerns and disorders. While I have enjoyed every aspect of working as an SLP, I’ve found a particular passion in the diagnosis and treatment of feeding/swallowing and neurogenic communication disorders. It is my aim to work one-on-one with patients to support them in meeting highly-individualized language, communication, and feeding goals. In addition to my diverse clinical experience, I have a background in studying American Sign Language and Deaf history; this experience has allowed me to better serve specific patient populations (Deaf and minimally-verbal clients) and given me a unique perspective on the importance of diverse and individualized communication.
