Main Project is done to analyze the Employee Morale in Schwing Stetter India pvt. Ltd, Chennai. To know the mindset of employees at the time of Recession, the Morale level is analyzed to contrast with the information gathered about the employee turnover for the previous Case findings and analysis are volunteered in studying the Employee Satisfaction in Fenner India ltd, Chennai and Absenteeism in Vijay Dairy and Agro ltd, Trichy. Problem Identification and Suggestive alternatives were presented to improve the situation. With the interest in marketing, Mini Projects are done in knowing the Brand Awareness of an FMCG product and Brand Preference of Restaurants Services with respect to Trichy-Thanjavur location.
