Supervising CRNAs 1:4. Cases ranging from orthopedic, general, urology, Obgyn, GI, healthy peds, pain, emergent cases on call. Performing ultrasound guided nerve block, intravascular access, and other regional techniques. Overseeing preoperative clinic and developing anesthetic management plans. Majority population ASA 3-4.
Supervising 3-4 CRNAs and 4 operating rooms, 1:4. High acuity and high volume. ASA 3,4. Cases ranging from trauma, high risk obstetrical anesthesia, ENT, Head and Neck, difficult airway cases, plastics, interventional radiology, GI, one day surgery and more.. Taught and performed skilled regional anesthesia techniques via ultrasound.
