• Identified gaps, prioritized features’ and built roadmap for backend billing system including non-functional items.
• Lead billing engineering team 6+ developers to deliver capabilities on platform like integration with payment and tax processors, wholesale billing, early-Opt-in, price protection, integration with GL/RevStream to support full lifecycle of QBO/Payroll ecosystems.
• Reduced bugs by 25% by standardizing billing notifications framework and rolling out coding standards and enhancing test frameworks.

• Designed and Implemented new APIs for device and account management, authentication, integration with Ceilo payment processor for Boingo’s Wi-Fi and Broadband business.
• Strengthened security for authentications APIs by using SHA-2 hashing.
• Development of Java based RESTful web services to expose Billing System APIs for account management.

• Delivered 20+ new enhancements in Vodafone’s post pay billing system like improved “My account” UI experiences, flexible payment plans, improving Invoice content, real-time discounts, $5 Roaming, improving API latency (TP99).
• Responsible for client interaction for requirements discussion and presentation of technical solutions to client.
• Wrote Functional designs and technical designs for new E2E requirements in billing system.
• Led onshore and offshore technical teams to own and deliver new capabilities in billing system.
