Watching Movies and Swimming

Watching movies is both entertaining and a way to reduce stress. Watching movies makes me forget my stress from work, which is an alternative to anxiety loss. Watching movies has a positive emotional impact on calming stressful days.

Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, works great for me as I am mostly on my feet at work.
