Build all aspects of the production machines including mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and plumbing with the ability to read plumbing and electrical schematics.

Troubleshoot assembly and build issues on all aspects of the production tool.

Bend, plumb and integrate all tubing connections (stainless steel Swagelok and Flare Tek TFE fittings) according to a plumbing schematics.

Ability to navigate through different software programs such as Excel, Word, CAD, SolidWorks.

• Load steel rods for operation of 6 axis CNC/Automated or Screw Machine mill and lathe machine tools to produce complex machined aerospace parts. Level one machinists are responsible for process inspection of machined products, which requires basic competencies in shop math, hand measuring tools and documentation. Responsible for some deburr operations as well as basic preventative machine maintenance, which includes coolant and lube levels and area cleanliness.

• Follow defined processes and procedures to assemble opto-electronic components and systems. Operate precision automated and manual equipment, splice and terminate fiber optic cables in a clean room environment. Maintain high quality standards and clear focus. Meticulously complete quality records.

• Set up of bag line by loading film and adjusting size. Mount cylinders, adjust pressure, tensions and adjust distribution of ink. Troubleshoot stoppages and breakdowns. Perform quality checks of products and related documentation.

• Maintenance on Swiss and CNC Milling machines cleaning scrap bins, filters, replenishing and maintaining clean oil to ensure continuous production. Responsible for logs of maintenance performed on milling machines, as well as recycling of scrap metal. Operated CNC, Bridgeport, and Lathe to assist in the production of medical devices. Inspected parts using microscopes, micrometers, calipers, height gauges. Responsible for all documentation ensuring consistency of parts inspected. Picked up and delivered parts. Performed heavy cleaning duties.
