High-voltage power source cabinets for submarines

• Assembly of electro-mechanical chassis in high-ESD environment using engineering instructions, bill of materials, schematics, wire diagrams, and operational method sheet software. Ensured build specifications are met and on time for work schedule.

• Installed critical components included for build: Resistors, capacitors, terminal boards, sensors, routing of wire and circuit boards. Submitted tickets of In-process and final inspection once operation assembly is complete.

• Documentation of builds, revision, parts, serial numbers, tool equipment and torque values.

• Reviewed and made sure assemblies are completed on work schedule for the week.

• Safely moved and manipulated heavy parts and assemblies 50lbs with team, completing tasks efficiently within work schedule hours.
