I'm Madison - an experienced Learning & Development leader with a strong foundation in Organizational Psychology, applying for Gonzaga University’s Doctoral Program in Leadership Studies. My work has centered on developing leaders and building systems that drive performance and inclusion. I’m especially interested in deepening my understanding of how leadership shapes individual experiences and team dynamics, and how we can design organizations where all people can thrive. My goal is to bridge research and practice to advance leadership that is both effective and deeply human.
