- Conducted regular performance reviews, (of both employees and the building) identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
- Oversaw facility maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality of equipment and infrastructure at all times/ Contacted vendors and filed work orders for anything wrong with the building (plumbing, signage, lighting etc..)
- Controlled hiring, interviewing, training and termination of all operations staff and our janitorial team
- Made phone calls to members nation wide to collect monthly payments that declined
- Interacted well with customers to build connections and nurture relationships.
