I graduated from highschool in May of 2017. Shortly after graduation, I attended my first year of college at Wright State University, where I soon realized I was not a person who was able to live on campus and focus on my studies. After moving home, I applied to the OTA program at Marion Technical College. I completed my OTA degree in the midst of Covid-19 and very quickly became run down with my job as healthcare/nursing homes were a hard place to be at the time. After taking a step back out of the therapy world, I began to look into nursing. Nursing is where I started when I began my first year at Wright State, and now I am happy to say I will graduate with my RN in May of 2025. I would love to get as much experience as possible in order to become the best nurse I can. I have a healthcare background all of the way back to 2016 and I believe being a nurse is what I was made to do.
