  • Clinical Coordinator duties include payroll, scheduling, staffing, staff evaluations, staff counseling and coaching, implementation of corrective action and action plans, delivering monthly staff meetings, monthly performance improvement audits

  • Delegate, supervise, and assist Interventional Radiology RNs, radiology technologists (RT), and CNAs to promote patient safety and fulfill patient needs of the department

  • Work directly with the operating room staff to schedule and staff cases in the OR hybrid room
  • Admit patient’s preprocedure and complete all preprocedure care; document cases, directly assist physicians and give conscious sedation intraprocedure; recovery post procedure, as well as discharge outpatients
  • On-call duties, cover call when staff is unavailable or sick
  • Attend administrative meetings and radiology meetings both monthly and quarterly
  • Manage and help arrange vendors and representatives from outside companies when special products are needed for procedures.
