*Collect dishes from residents room and take to the kitchen

*Team huddle leader

*NOC shift group leader

*Lock building and unlock in the morning

*Inform dayshift med tech of changes , illnesses, falls ect. of previous day

*Plug in all walkie

* Guide CNA’s on shift

*Answer front desk phone

*Write down missed call information

*Problem solve situations

*Take resident vitals
