Madison Castracani

Cohoes,NY

Summary

Skilled in steel fabrication and demonstrating exceptional safety awareness, I significantly contributed to projects at Local 12 Ironworkers Union - Skanska USA Building. Leveraging heavy lifting and precise measuring, I enhanced operational efficiency and safety compliance inside the bridge girder stays. My proactive approach in building professional relationships and advancing project quality has consistently driven success and exceeded employer expectations. Other jobs I've had the opportunity to join and learn from would include rigging the Waterford locks with a hydraulic and crane system & welding joints - stiffener plates- and moment connections on an open iron building in Troy NY. These would be just a few projects I have been apart of and have learned to expand my demeanor and work skills throughout the trade.

Projects

I am currently fabricating a metal table I've acquired on a side job. The strands I've cut inside the bridge in the Port of coeymans, are incorporated into a vignette on the ends of the table. This is the same state cable I am also stressing. Detail in the strand and length gives my project a perfect facelift.
