-Provides supportive services to survivors in a trauma-informed, empowering way
-Provides crisis intervention, supportive listening, advocacy, referrals, safety planning, and other services as requested in person.
-Responsible for completing survivor intakes as required; including completing all paperwork and documentation for each intake.
-Assists participants in developing individual plans of service as requested and/or scheduled.
-Provides safe, affordable, housing search and relocation information, and referral services as requested.
-Performs additional program tasks as requested.
Maintains professional collaborative relationships within and outside of the agency.
-In compliance with state and federal confidentiality and legal guidelines, maintains the strictest level of confidentiality.
