Unemployment Manager: Submit claims, decision, and hearings to the state. I also work on post payroll vendor payments, for US and Canada. I identify and upload wage garnishments to ADP Smart Compliance. Another part of my job is going through mail, and sending it to the correct person or location.
Throughout my internship I primarily entered in orders for football equipment. I learned how to use the software system Epicor. I also worked on credit holds to ensure that customers were paying for their orders, and the payment terms were correct. I also got exposure to accounting and payroll operations.
I took orders, delivered food, and would occasionally bartend. This job required a lot of time management.
This job was a co-op work study while I was in highschool. I greeted guest, prepared PPE and safety sheets. I also filed paperwork, data entry, entered in new hire information. I also prepared a scorecard for HR every morning, and it included total and casual rate, headcounts for each shift, vacation time, FMLA, etc.
