  • My role as an administrative assistant was directly under the building manager. My duties consisted of creating tickets for all materials and inventory in and out of the warehouse. I also received and directed visitors, and had many tasks to do daily including creating spreadsheets, presentations, and filing in the company system.   • My responsibilities as an auditor include confirming data for 360 clients, viewing data for flagged exams, and preparing detailed reports on audit findings. As an auditor I am tasked with approving over 300 exams per day including those with no violations, exams with alerts as well as possible violations, then report my audit results to management. I also perform customer service duties for the Los Angeles School District including taking telephone calls for MiSiS and ITD regarding password resets, helping contractors, teachers, parents, and students access information regarding their accounts, and completing tickets through the Smart It processing system by creating or escalating ITD tickets.   • Started for The Big Bounce America in the beginning of May 2018. I have been traveling to many states on the East Coast and Midwestern United States, while driving a company box truck to a different state every week. After two months of being a part of the front of the house team I was given a promotion to the Front of the House Manager. The duties for the FOH Manager included handling and keeping track of all ticket sales, making sure the maximum occupancy was not exceeded, resolving issues with customers, checking in tickets in our POS ticketing system, counting and keeping an accurate inventory of all merchandise and FOH items. My job title also included organizing the FOH truck twice a week, keeping track of what was needed and ordering those items, checking in volunteers and giving them instructions on their daily tasks, and basic FOH set up for every event day. I also assisted in load-in and load-out for The Big Bounce America every week. Front of the House management played an integral part of the tour running smoothly. Solely responsible for handling large amounts of cash daily.
