I make sure that the residents are given the patience and care they deserve by helping them decide what they would like to drink/eat. I am obligated to get the dining room prepared and clean for the next service. There are moments where some need help eating or assistance to move around which is necessary for all dining servers to take part in.

- During my time being a receptionist at Vertex Arena, I had to greet customers with a smile and positive attitude while providing a quick and easy check in. I would take phone calls answering questions and booking parties which also goes for in person bookings. From missed calls, I would listen to the voicemails and call them back as soon as possible to provide the best service I can. At the end of a shift we would need to make sure the voicemail log is up to date and everything is back in its place so the person opening has a nice easy shift.
