Accomplishments

  • Worked one on one with a student while making adjustments to approaching their IEP and began to see real progress in behavior and performance.
  • Spent time tailoring curriculum to better include our Life Skills students and started to see an increase in engagement and participation.
  • Engaged in pre-reflection's and saw students were not prepared for an upcoming assessment, so adjustments were made to the scope and sequence of the unit and students were successful during their assessment.

Was voted Staff of the Year by both staff and club members alike. Was the only one out of three different clubs to be awarded.
