  • Familiar with EPIC, IMPAX, INTELERAD, and SYNAPSE processing systems, as well as Digirad and Siemens equipment.
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly Quality Control testing, as well as overnight QC when necessary, to provide safe patient care.
  • Consistently covers 5-10 call days per month, including rotating holidays and weekends.
  • Collaborates with the on-call or reading doctors to verify that the patient is receiving the highest quality of care we can provide, as well as confirming that the radiologist's needs are met regarding image quality.
  • Works closely with my team daily to ensure a smooth departmental flow.
  • Responsible for scheduling DATScan, Sentinel Node, and general nuclear medicine patients, as well as answering the department phones to help answer any questions patients, family members, or their doctors may have.
