Bringing over 5 years of dedicated service in the US Army since enlisting at 18, I have risen to the rank of E5, serving as a Noncommissioned Officer with expertise in various HR roles. My experience spans S1 finance and leave, awards clerk, personnel accountability, and strength management, Human Resource floor Sergeant, Casualty Liaison Team Leader and Human Resource Noncommissioned Officer In charge (NCOIC). I've completed two overseas tours, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. My first overseas tour which was a deployment lasted 11 months I served as a Casualty Liaison Team Leader which allowed me to hone my leadership and crisis skills in high-stakes environments. My second and final overseas tour I served as a Human Resource Noncommissioned Officer In Charge during allowing me to strengthen my leadership and administrative skills in high stress environments. I've completed two overseas tours and altogether 5 1/2 years of service demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to excellence.
