Madison Naef

I played softball for a travel ball organization named Triple Threat, and in my free time I would help coach our younger team. I would help our coaches set up and put away practice equipment, help run drills during practices, and help coach at their games. I would typically volunteer every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and occasionally on weekends. In addition to helping the girls on the field, I would also try and help them off the field by giving them advice and insight into what playing softball was like in high-school to aid them in deciding if they wanted to continue their career or not.
