Since starting, I have ensured interdepartmental communication and been instrumental in promoting a cohesive team dynamic by offering ongoing operational support to hourly employees

I started as a bartender and was promptly promoted to Bar Manager
My responsibilities ranged from assisting team members with ticket check outs and guest satisfaction to cultivating long lasting relationships with new liquor vendors
In my first year, I brought in over 10 new liquor vendors and created signature craft cocktails to promote each new addition
Before I left, I was able to implement multiple infrastructure improvements such as creating new order spreadsheets, schedule algorithms, and various local-favored signature cocktail additions to the menu.
