Answer the phones as needed. Greet and check in patients as they arrive for appointments. Have patients complete required paperwork and check to make sure all information is correct and completed. Upload all documents into the EMR system. Send out referrals and request medical records as needed. Ensure that each patient understands their treatment plan and schedule them accordingly.

Room patients and get their vitals, take x-rays if needed, place patients on treatment such as EMS, intersegmental traction, decompression, ice/hot packs, and active therapy. Assist medical staff with injections.
