With a Bachelor's degree in History, I contribute valuable collaboration, interpersonal, and innovative skills to any organization. As a Substitute Paraeducator, I was able to gain and use innovative methods of learning to raise student engagement. During this time I gained experience with diverse students as I went to different types of schools, and learned how to use different behavioral and learning strategies to help students succeed in their work. My fair and thorough evaluation of students and individual performance reflects my commitment to excellence.

Encouraging learners to reach their full potential is my objective in my classroom. As a result, I am enthusiastic about using creative teaching strategies, well-thought-out lesson plans, and individualized attention to help students develop a profound grasp and appreciation of history. Therefore, my devotion to providing a relevant and captivating portrayal of historical events is evident by utilizing history as a way for relatability with my students. In order to improve student achievement, I'm dedicated to encouraging critical thinking and developing an engaging learning environment with group work and class collaboration. I encourage diversity in my classroom, history is all about learning different cultures, ethnicity and race that having these inclusivity is what makes learning more exciting. Every student has different needs and challenges, as someone who needed extra resources and classes to succeed in my learning I can relate to these hardships and want to guide and help my students as much as I can so they can achieve.
