- Independently running the store. This includes maintenance, quick feet, sales experience, and keeping control of the front counter.

- Counting money quickly, prioritizing efficiency without compromising quality of work, and communication skills.

- Being able to understand what a customer wants/needs and executing it in a timely manner to be able to tend to other customers.

- Vast knowledge of sports medicine, sales, and reading a room effectively to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

- Very fast paced and tedious. While monitoring seven different tablets, multi-tasking was required to be able to handle walk ins, dine ins, and in person orders as well.

- Menu memorization was required within a span of two weeks to be able to serve customers efficiently.

- Proficiency with closing; mopping the entire store every night within 20 or less minutes, an eye for detail when it comes to cleaning counters or finding dirty spots.

- Watching and handling rowdy children with professionalism and kindness. To prevent arguments with parents or crying children, it was imperative to develop skills to calm down or prevent kids from being potentially disruptive to my work environment.
