Madison Tilley

My heart and passion has always been to see students succeed with Jesus at the center of it all! I have worked in a classroom as a teacher and I know what it takes each and everyday to make sure each student is getting what they need in education. However, to even to get to that place, teachers and other faculty and staff need to feel equipped and supported in their job. I have worked in leadership positions outside of the school system; planning committee for women's ministry and serving as a worship leader at my local church for the last 10 years. I have also served as a leader within jobs such as when I worked in retail and had a position as a manager. While I have not had direct experience being a Student Leadership & Learning Coordinator, I have had experience within the classroom setting, collaborating with colleagues and I have had experience in leadership roles. I am a highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. Ultimately, in all that I do, I want to honor and glorify King Jesus!
