I started working when I was 16 years old and have only had one main employer, Fareway Stores. I feel I have a very good work ethic and was asked on a regular basis to become a full time long term employee with Fareway. I enjoy all the managers, customers and co workers at Fareway but do not feel grocery was where I want to work for the long term. I have had additional part time work as a house / pet sitter on and off throughout the years. I am looking for an interesting, challenging job that I will be able to turn into a career. I am a quick learner and not afraid to ask questions to speed up the process. I am looking for a job that is challenging and has room for growth and advancement.

- I learned how to work with the newspaper sales rep to make changes to the proof that was submitted
- I was assigned to print all the signage for upcoming ads and for products that had changed in regular pricing
- I hung the signs in their proper locations and scanned products to ensure pricing was correct in our POS system
- I mapped out the products to make sure the signs printed in order, based on location, so that placing the signs was an efficient process
- I was training to replace the full time Coordinator but I also cashiered, helped customers with their purchases, placed orders for and stocked tobacco products
- I assisted as a closing supervisor for the store several nights a week
- We made sure the store was cleaned up from the day's activities and prepped it for opening the following morning
