Madison Paige Estes

Served as clinical and first assistant to Dr.Ashok Reddy. Specializing in knee and shoulder arthroscopy and sports medicine. In charge of surgery scheduling and clearances. Educated patients on pre and post operative instructions, assisted in surgical procedures, reviewed MRI results and care plans under his direction.

Evaluated new athletes prior to participation in sports activities to identify any pre-existing conditions or risk factors. Communicated with coaches, athletic trainers, parents and student athletes about recovery.

Served as the certified Head Athletic Trainer at Allatoona High School. Provided Athletic Training coverage for all student athletes as well as visiting teams and spectators. Acted as a liaison between coaches, student athletes, teachers, parents and athletic directors. Preceptor of the Sports Medicine program. In charge of ensuring all students met standards set forth by the state of Georgia.

Under the direct supervision of Head Athletic Trainer, Matt Daniel, provided quality treatment and care during all practices and games for Men and Women’s Tennis, Men and Women's basketball as well as Cross Country/Track and Field. Familiarized myself with all NCAA rules and regulations to ensure compliance. Sat in on all meetings with student athletes, academic advisors, and athletic directors.
