

Through my long background at kohls I developed extensive people skills. That particular job taught me how to interact and communicate with many different type of people. It also taught the best way of how to diffuse situations before they got extreme. This aided with the best way to work with many different types of personalities and how to handle situations of working with someone who’s was personally not good at getting along with other people. This job also taught how to respect and collaborate with different associates. My summer temp job at Toyota taught me many time management skills. It taught the benefit of timing and organizing my work to a particular aspects to kept up with the standard of work. Through my time at college I have learned how to be communicative with many things. It has taught to ask questions and to learn many new things to help develop your skills and knowledge.
I was assigned within the assembly department. We were assigned to pull torque in the new line. During this we were taught good time management. We only had a certain time between processes to do what we needed so we had to time it right. We were also taught organizational skills by the way we organized the data we had collected.
I worked customer service so I developed people skills. I can handle many differ types of people and attitudes.
I also worked cash office. This taught me how to be well with time efficiency. I had a set time of when I needed to complete the task. I was also given a set of rules and guidelines to follow within this task.
In addition I was taught good tidiness and cleanliness. I rack to racked and folded the store to make it look as neat as possible.
