  • Conducts daily briefing for Food & Beverage staff, Attends and participates to other meeting as required by the management, Handling guest complaint in particular to the Food and Beverage section.
  • Monitors and controls internal forms and checklist, Monitors the temperature of equipment such as fridges, hotboxes and dishwashing machines and ensure that proper temperatures are met the standard.
  • Monitors the condition and cleanliness of storerooms, pantries, stewarding areas and F & B equipment, and requesting and receiving of food and stocks.
  • Ensures the set-up in meeting areas, buffet tables and restaurant areas are strictly followed as per Bayt Al Dhiyafah standards and monitors the quality and presentation of food and beverage products in restaurant and meeting areas.
  • Maintains reports including inventory of all stocks and submit when required and verifying the Food Temperature Checklist, Motivates, monitors, coaches and evaluates employees' performances.
